Design Discovery
Before we begin construction, we craft a custom design to bring your vision to life. Start by completing our Design Inquiry form, and a member of our team will contact you. To streamline the process, have your wish list, budget, and priorities ready.

Vision Consultation
We’ll schedule a Zoom call to dive into the details of your project, answer any questions, and discuss pricing for the design. If you decide to move forward, we’ll arrange a site visit to take precise measurements.

On-Site Evaluation
Our team will visit your property to collect the design fee and take measurements. We’ll also review your budget and provide a ballpark estimate. If needed, we can suggest options like phased construction, alternative materials, or financing.

Concept Reveal
Within 2-3 weeks, we’ll share your initial design and estimate in a Zoom call. The first draft may present ideas beyond your budget to showcase possibilities. We’ll work through revisions to bring the design in line with your financial expectations.

Final Plan & Proposal
Once your design is finalized, we’ll present a detailed proposal covering pricing, terms, and warranty information. This ensures everything is clear before moving to the next step.
06
Build & Create
After the agreement is signed and the deposit is received, we’ll secure your project in our schedule. If permits or engineering are necessary, we’ll guide you through the process to keep things moving smoothly.
